Payment Policy:
You may purchase on-line using PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted. We also accept money orders and checks. Payment is required prior to shipment. Unfortuneately due to high transaction fees, we can not accept credit cards over the phone.
For custom orders, we request a down payment prior to the start of the project.
Returns Policy:
Our products are high quality and we encourage customers to provide feedback. We take pride in knowing our customers are happy with their purchase.
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately. Save your packing material. We will advise you as actions required. Upon return of the item it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
In the event you wish to return the item, please notify us for a Return Authorization number within 15 days. Return the undamaged item WITHIN 30 DAYS to the address that we provide. DO NOT RETURN UNLESS WE PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS. ITEMS SHIPPED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL DELAY REFUNDS. The item must be returned in the original packaging materials. Your purchase price, less shipping charges, will be refunded to you.
Please note: Wifi systems must be returned in original packing including all parts. Please be aware that you can damage the system by applying the wrong voltage or reversing polarity. We will test the system prior to providing a refund.
Refunds are not granted for custom items.
